How I Got Here AKA My (musical) Backstory

So I will try my best to explain everything, but basically I'll be explaining everything about me (musically) to you bcs music is one of mah fave things ever and a huge part of mah life

I'll start with the basics. I'm into all the bands on my fanlisting screen, not many people aside from my frens know I'm into these bands (with an exception of Twenty One Pilots. my entire fam actually likes them) I wasn't always into these bands. I used to be (the key word is USED TO, don't hate me) a swiftie. like a massive one. Like a I got SUPER mad at this article (which is very right and has the facts, I was just mad and brainwashed to be insane). I quit after becoming part of swiftube (the part of youtube with her crazy fans), getting caught, getting in a LOT of trouble, getting my phone taken away for like 4 FREAKING YEARS (wish I was joking. I'm getting a literal fliphone now, which could be worse, I guess early 2000's vibes?) so I realized pop music isn't any good and yk, I'll belt some lyrics with my friends or whatever and one or two of her more alt sounding songs are on my playlist (she actually has a few of those) but I'm not an insane brainwashed fan anymore. you're welcome.

So after that I realized there's a world out there of music that suits me better, and I decided to really find myself since I invested WAY too much time on that dumb channel that only ever got 200 subs, which seems like a lot, except everyone had more than me. I'm not mad about quitting ONE single bit, as it trapped me in this place I can't explain. I started jamming to TOP with my family, and they started out as my brother's fave band then I realized I really DID like them. I've always admired how Tyler is open about things not all people are comfortable sharing, like his anxiety and depression, and he did amazing making a story about it. the Clancy lore takes FOREVER to explain to my frens who aren't in The Clique (short for The Skeleton Clique), or even my fren who I got in The Clique

after this i had been sucked into the world of alt music, which made me feel better as a person. deep, introspective lyrics just hit different than upbeat, repetitive tunes.

then after listening to TOP I just knew I needed to find some more bands. I'm not gonna talk about every band bcs I could yap abt some forever, but I need to mention this band bcs they shocked me, but in a good way. Plus TOP and this band are my two absolute faves rn. Like I was introduced to this in a huge turning point of my life. So, I had heard Teenagers on the radio before, and I'd heard Welcome To The Black Parade without knowing the actual artists, but I never gave mcr much thought. Then, In my one class, there's this girl who I sit next to who is literally in love with mcr. she has this downloaded music (Idk if it was legally downloaded, but whatever) on her school laptop, and she showed me it. then she showed me the Welcome To The Black Parade mv she downloaded, and I ended up liking it. she emailed me soooooo many mcr songs to listen to, and I listened to them all In my classes when I had free time. I also got my one BFF (I have 3 bffs, 2 go to schoool w/ me, the other moved to a private school thingy) to listen to them and now she's obsessed. My fren group at school Is the only people I know who listen to them, and I won't tell anyone else

Ok, now, as a side note, me and my one Fren (my one bff who likes mcr) our fren group at school and some of the grade, thinks of us as the emo kids, but me and my fren don't care really. I'll show you, we both got the score shown below on this quiz (I dare u to take it hehhehehhe)
